BAR  SUPERVISOR at 1888 Consulting Limited

The Bar Supervisor supports daily bar operations, leading and motivating the team to deliver great service. Key duties include maintaining drink quality, training staff, managing stock and orders, minimising wastage, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing standards. The role also involves handling guest feedback, keeping the bar organised, assisting with rotas, and supporting management with reporting and stock takes.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or senior bartender role, strong cocktail and beverage knowledge, excellent leadership and communication skills, calm under pressure, good attention to detail, and flexible availability.
