Bar Manager at The Bear Ltd

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Manager to join the team

You will have:

• A genuine love of beverage and mixology
• The ability to lead and motivate a team

Key responsibilities:
• Lead the FOH team throughout service
• Maintain high service, presentation and cleanliness standards
• Manage stock levels effectively
• Create strong relationships with suppliers
• Be up to date with current trends within the beverage scene
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of both bars

Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is essential, with a desire to progress. Management experience is desirable.
On-island applicants preferred. 5 years’ residency is NOT required.
