Brand new live music venue, restaurant and bar coming to Jersey
To serve customers, prepare alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, including cocktails and coffees. To have an understanding of different types of drinks. To maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar at all times. To ensure the needs of all customers are met at all times. To go above and beyond in the delivery of an incredible experience for our guests.
To maintain stock levels for the bar, ensure the venue has everything it needs to serve drinks to guests, develop drinks for specials and menus. The role should look to provide our guests with the ultimate experience.
To help develop the staff to deliver their best to our guests.
Understanding of wines, spirits, beers and cocktails are essential
