Bank Health Care Assistant at Jersey Hospice Care

Jersey Hospice Care is looking for Bank Health Care Assistants to join our In Patient Unit (IPU).

You will provide support in the delivery of care to adults with all conditions requiring specialist palliative care and end of life care. You will participate in the provision of individualised care for the patient under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Together with other members of the team, you will maintain standards within the unit that will ensure that the care provided: physical, psychological, and spiritual is of the highest possible quality.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 vocational award in Adult Health and Social Care or equivalent e.g., NVQ/QCF/RQF and experience working within a hospital, nursing/residential care home or community care-based environment.
