Baker/Pastry Chef at Bruno's Bakery Limited

Candidate will have sole responsibility of the bakery section and also assist the head pastry chef in the cake section.
Duties include baking of crossants, danishes and savoury pasties.
Preparation of predominately French style cakes.
Packing customer orders and displaying the products in the retail shop.
Controlling the stock, placing orders and cleaning.
The applicant must be fit and have excellent hygiene.
