Job Description

An experienced candidate is sought to manage onsite audit delivery, liaising between team and client to ensure assignments are delivered to high quality and within timeframe.  He/she will control cost budgets and reports; deal with strategy and analyse risk; design audit procedures to address risk; develop strong relationships; devise technical solutions; understand client needs and business; support and guide others; highlight issues; supervise staff.
Candidate must be self motivated, able to manage his/her time and work to deadlines; strong communication, supervisory, problem management, analytical and customer service skills; methodical; team player; understand client needs; able to interpret data; holding ACA/ACCA/equivalent; at least 3 years experience in audit preferbly with top tier firm; experience leading engagements and coaching team; knowledge of UK and IFRS reporting requirements, as well as economic and marketing trends; able to prioritise and organise; attention to detail; Excel skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
