Associate/Senior Associate, Wealth Management Tax Advisory

Purpose of role is to provide full UK tax compliance service on a portfolio of private trusts and companies; undertake review of tax returns / computations and workings prepared by other members of staff; assist with training and development of junior members of staff; monitor day to day workloads to ensure all deadlines are met; deal with tax related queries from other in-house business units and respond promptly to HMRC enquiries; provide guidance to Fiduciary Service Business and help ensurecompliance with internal Tax Risk Policy.
Candidate will have recent qualification in Accounting/Legal work and/or qualified Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) / Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA); possess detailed knowledge of UK Taxation; ability to work accurately under pressure and possess good communication skills; possess organisation/prioritisation skills and ability to meet deadlines; proficient in IT.  Knowledge of accounting and investment matters a plus.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
