Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Organization and attendance of board meetings;
- Drafting of minutes following board meetings;
- Ensure relevant filing deadlines are met;
- Maintain statutory records such as register of directors and register of members/limited partners;
- Take responsibility for updating minute logs, director's attendance registers and action point logs;
Skills / experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional environment, with a preference for financial services or law
- Experience in a highly deadline driven environment;
- Previous minute taking skills advantageous;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel and outlook);
- An understanding of AML requirements;
