Associate Lending Specialist

Purpose of role is to service International Wealth and Investment HNW client base by providing lending and related opportunities under supervision; carry out projects; communicate with clients to understand their lending product line needs to provide good advice and have good product knowledge; serve as primary client contact screening engagements; collate lending applications and ensure form details accurately completed to support client; prepare and maintain HNW lending client files ensuring detailed notes captured and are made available to analyse pipeline of leads; analyse maintenance and control data include around quarterly loan payments, annual reviews, loan renewals, tri-annual valuations, loan to value monitoring (including currency); contribute to achievement of team financial target by progressing  potential leads and opportunities for cross-selling for follow up to generate revenue; read set of financial accounts and project the impact of additional lending in a variety of circumstances.
Requirements are degree/qualification in (or studying towards) Business Commerce; numerate and literate; technology savy; 5 GCSEs/equivalent with grades A-C English and Mathematics; 1-2 years experience in client solutions HNW relationship management.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
