Associate Lawyer (Private Wealth) at Harneys Legal Shared Services Limited

• Supporting the Partners and other senior lawyers on a range of complex trusts a private wealth matters for a range of UHNW and HNW individuals, as well as trust companies and trustees
• Working on all aspects of non-contentious trusts and estates advice including the drafting of trusts, supplemental deeds.
• Assisting with the creation of and advice on employee incentive and international pension and savings schemes
• Understanding and advising on philanthropic structures, including charitable trusts and foundations.
• Ability to maintain existing client relationships and continue to build on current relationships that attract future work
• This position involves cross-functional collaboration and varied tasks
