Qualified lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE sought to join Corporate, Finance, Funds and Regulatory team. You ll support clients in connection with a wide range of transactional and advisory work, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, solvent and insolvent restructurings, structuring advice and implementation and financial services regulatory matters.
