Job Description

An independent global specialist in trust, fiduciary, corporate and fund services are seeking to recruit an Associate Director to join their Trust and Company team.

You will lead the day-to-day client facing activity ensuring this is aligned to and promotes the business' strategy and culture. You will also be responsible for growing your portfolio of clients by actively engaging in business development activities, servicing existing and new clients as the business grows. It will include all aspects from on-boarding new clients and ensuring client files are up to date and compliant through to client dealing processes and managing regular communications regarding holding data and product updates.

You will promote the business and its objectives, whilst driving morale by providing support and guidance to your team. You will have direct responsibility and accountability for delivery of risk and operational targets and key risk indicators for their team's portfolio of clients.

You will have exceptional experience of working with HNW and UHNW clients and complex structures demonstrating first class client service. People management skills to include coaching and supporting colleagues. You will be able to demonstrate excellent technical competency and an ability to share your knowledge.

You will put your clients at the centre of everything that you do. Ability to grow relationships. Ability to work under time driven pressures & have strong time management, prioritisation & person management skills. You will understand and be able to articulate what success looks like and will seek to drive improvements in all aspects of the role.

You will be a strong academic plus ideally STEP, ACCA, ACA or CGI/ICSA (or similar) qualification with a minimum of ten years' experience. Ability to communicate in other languages is desirable.
