Job Description

Great role responsible for regulatory reporting team and in-house co sec staff, control and implementation of operational and regulatory activities including policies and procedures, systems and controls for Private Wealth and Funds & Institutional business units; supporting Registry/legislative projects including data submission to Registry, annual confirmation statements, use of API and JOIC annual registration process and local and overseas beneficial ownership registers; provide KPIs for scope of responsibility and provide related Operation Reports; develop legislative and regulatory training; help increase revenue; minimise operational incidents and monitor risk management; ensure People Performance Management mechanisms are delivered effectively; data quality checks and remediation; review monthly statements and credit card spreadsheet; assist with software product upgrades; support banking projects; manage changes to terms of business, letters of engagement and fee schedules; help manage authorised signatory lists.
Candidate must be  committed to high customer service levels; able to understand customer needs and deliver solutions; practical and methodical; well organised and structured; ‘Hands-on’ and pragmatic; passionate and driven; able to work in a fast paced environment; self-aware; innovation and creativity; strong organisation, leadership, management, analytical, communication and influencing skills; approachable and a strong team player; commercially minded; in depth knowledge of FATCA & CRS and other regulatory legislation; excellent knowledge of offshore financial services and product technologies; hold professional qualification; corporate Governance experience; experience of risk mitigation; experience of working closely with Regulators; able to recruit high calibre staff for talent pipeline.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
