Job Description

A global leading provider of Fiduciary products and services are seeking an Associate Director, Business Improvement Projects to join their Jersey team. Reporting to the Head of Business Improvement, your key responsibilities will be to lead a team of Project Managers to deliver strategic & transformation projects/programmes across the business whilst also performing the role of a Senior Project/Programme Manager on larger scale changes.

You will lead a team of 5 project managers (over two locations) to deliver a variety of projects, support the Head of Business Improvement on the Strategic Portfolio aligning strategy, benefits & reporting to the Exec board members. Promote new ways of working & facilitate change by ensuring support at all levels of the service.

The successful candidate hold relevant project/programme management/change management qualifications such as Agile, Prince2, Programme Management etc & will have the ability to lead a team from within the office & remotely. Proven record of working with Exec Board level members. Demonstrate capability to lead transformation projects of varying sizes. Experience in the Financial Services industry is advantageous.
