Associate Director, Private Equity

Postholder will be responsible for Private Equity relationships including CRM and revenue generation; managing service delivery needs; act as Alternate Director and Authorised Signatory; manage select Service Delivery personnel; oversee profitability and financial performance; assist with creation and meeting of industry beating SLAs and KPIs; serve as primary contact for key client relationships and ensure client satisfaction; ensure work performed is invoiced on time and in line with client contracts; jointly responsible with finance function for outstanding client debt; implementation of annual fee increases; identify sales opportunities; involved in initiatives and projects; manage recruitment, illness management and performance appraisal with HR; resource management, including new hires, utilisation and migration of activities; ensure regulatory submissions are compliant; work with Internal audit/compliance to improve and maintain strong control.
Candidate will have strong communication and management skills; be risk aware; good team player; sound knowledge of software such as MS Office; results driven; willingness and ability to travel to meet with clients; customer service oriented; keen eye for detail and ability to see and implement changes to process to improve service delivery; sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
