Associate Director - Private Credit

This great role is acting as client relationship lead to maintain and build client relationships, taking ownership of client economics and performance, working to achieve strategic and financial success.  As a natural leader and expert in alternative fund administration, the individual will play an important role in helping Private Credit team to meet its real potential; work closely with technology and business improvement colleagues teams to ensure systems and operations are developed to support the Private Credit fund services strategy, enabling tactical and strategic change initiatives; deploy resources on key change & transformation initiatives; participate in client fee quotes, negotiations, and regular reviews of existing client relationships; proactively identifying and securing new service opportunities; develop contact network and ensure deadlines met; coach team members; attend client board meetings and present financial and service level information; lead new client proposals and pitches; proactively manage risk and identify policy improvements.
The successful candidate will be ICSA/ACA/ACCA/ICAEW qualified and possess PQE in financial services with focus on fund accounting and/or administration; sound technical professional services knowledge; IT skills especially MS Excel; strong interpersonal, entrepreneurial, client relationship, team leading, problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and budget management experience/skills; ability to work independently; quick to learn new systems.
