The Private Client team is a specialist team of administrators which caters specifically for the needs of wealthy families, family offices and owner-managed businesses. The role holder will work closely with their team to manage a portfolio of private clients covering a variety of trust structures.
This position requires good attention to detail and someone who is a technical expert with Trusts Structures. This role falls within the scope of the Jersey Financial Service Commission's definition of Senior Management Function Category 3. Responsibilities will include contributing to the effective development of regulatory, compliance and risk management policies and procedures, oversee the management of your client's portfolios, offering advice and collaborating with your team, pro-actively act as a director and alternate director of client companies administered by the company, conduct client meetings and contribute to board meetings of operating companies and manage the performance of the team to deliver agreed business plan goals and targets. Candidates should have experience in a similar role, JFSC Category A employee, holding a Table 4 qualification and team leadership skills.
