Our client, a fiduciary service provider, is now seeking an experienced associate director for their Private Equity team. As AD, you will be responsible for a group of PE relationships, which includes CRM, revenue generation plus day-to-day service requirements.
You will act as an Alternate Director and Authorised Signatory as required. Have responsibility for the service delivery of the service to your designated client portfolio. Responsibility for the profitability & financial performance of the service. Assist with the creation & meeting of SLAs plus the KPI's to monitor performance against them for the service. People management skills to include recruitment, illness management, appraisal, CPD programmes.
Ensuring regulatory submissions are compliant with the relevant standard & filed ahead of the deadline. Work closely with internal audit / compliance / key stakeholders. Willingness & ability to travel to meet with clients, advisors & prospect clients.
You will possess a minimum of ten years relevant industry administration experience You must a professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA, ICAEW or similar & a strong academic background. You will have a detailed understanding of industry legislation, regulations & working practices. You will be persuading and influencing, be skilled in leadership, motivation and delegation with strong communication and presentation skills.
