Job Description
The Associate Director – Payroll and Benefits is responsible for developing and implementing the Group's payroll and benefits strategies on a global scale. This role will lead the Payroll and Benefits team across multiple jurisdictions as well as relationships with external providers. The Associate Director will also work closely with the Head of Reward on all payroll and benefits activities, and ensuring JTC remains an Employer of Choice through payroll and benefits initiatives.
