Associate Director - Operational Support Team - Private Capital

The role is within the Operational Support Team within Private Capital Client Delivery Team with special focus on the optimisation of the operating model and controls framework covering the Channel Islands locations across all alternatives business. 
The role is primarily responsible for ensuring that the correct controls framework is in place across the Private Capital Client Delivery teams, and that it is complementary to the target operating model in ensuring that the business is run in the most efficient and risk-mitigating manner possible. The role will involve acting as a liaison between the Private Capital  team, Risk and OPC.
