Job Description

Great role defining and executing business development strategy for MENAP region to include a corridor engagement plan for key markets and distribution channels; interfacing with RMs and introducers regarding education/training, prospect management and referrals, pre-prospect approval, feedback on prospects/application; involved in arrangement of client/local network events; collateral co-ordination in markets covered; arrange client/local network meetings along with Regional Market Manager; carry out prospecting through meetings, group presentations, telephone, marketing communications; meet AUM (asset and liability) acquisition targets and client accounts target; reduce time to open accounts and for clients to begin funding account and make first investment; reduce account application rejection rates; promote services to clients; introduce two/three referral agents each year; develop new markets in MENAP for growth; ensure right type of client is recruited; follow AML measures.
Candidate must have proven track record of sales activity; strong presentation skills; positive customer service mentality; planning and organizational, relationship building and interpersonal skills at all levels; sound knowledge of banking products and services and banking procedures; team player who shows initiative and assertiveness; self-motivator who is keen to upgrade and improve personal knowledge and skill; risk management experience and awareness; experienced in AML; ideally experience is needed in dealing with clients and businesses in the MENAP market.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
