Associate Director - Corporate Services

Exciting role overseeing management of client portfolios, offering advice from internal processes and collaborating with team; acting as director and alternate director of client companies; contributing to development of regulatory, compliance and risk management policies and procedures; conducting client meetings and contributing to board meetings; ensuring delivery of client service meets agreed service standards; developing key client relationships and contributing to cross-selling opportunities; managing team performance to deliver agreed business plan goals and targets; delivering innovative leadership; contributing to achievement of specific business development goals; overseeing financial performance of team and driving profitability; contributing to production of management information to monitor performance against objectives.
Experience in a similar role is necessary as is the ability to work in and lead a team; regulator approval in the relevant jurisdiction required for the Corporate Services team is required; broad understanding of wide range of fiduciary products offered globally and detailed understanding of specific offerings in Service Line; strong communicator who can inspire others and solve problems.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
