Job Description

The purpose of this role is to lead a team of Project Managers in successfully delivering strategic and transformation projects/programmes including transition management and act as Senior Project/Programme Manager on larger scale changes; support on Strategic Portfolio; assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping stakeholders through change; manage project governance to ensure business improvement projects are joined up and deliver against the change portfolio,; support on change impact assessments; drive development and implementation of resource plans for highly complex projects; look to improve Project Management Framework for planning and monitoring projects; work with project and change teams to ensure new processes and tools understood; perform assessment against success criteria; promote new innovative ways of working and facilitate change; maintain and assist in development and approval of budgets; complete project reports.
Candidate will have excellent leadership, planning, influencing, relationship, communication and organisational skills; ability to lead transformation projects using waterfall, agile and hybrid; extensive programme/project/change management experience in mid/large size company with proven record of successful project delivery working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams; Project/Programme Management qualifications/Change Management (Agile, Prince2, Programme Management); initiative and results driven; able to work under pressure; pragmatic; strong problem solver; able to focus on change management; quick to learn new systems.  Training provied.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
