Job Description
Our client is currently recruiting an Associate Director to lead the Administration Function of the Group's Fund Operations, covering governance and company secretarial matters, act as Client Relationship Manager as well as being responsible for the oversight over the day-to-day administration of the business' fund structures and SPVs, which are mainly outsourced to an external Fund Administrator across both fund domiciles.
The person will be responsible for growing a cross-jurisdictional team of Fund Administration and CoSec specialists and will report to the Head of Jersey and Senior Leadership of the Group's Fund Operations.
