A leading local law firm offering a comprehensive range of services to Jersey and international clients is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their Corporate & Commercial Team advising institutional & private clients as well as professional intermediaries.
You will provide clients clear & focused advice & will be expected to both lead the management of files & work with the wider teams on large scale transactions. You will also play a material role with the business development activities.
Applications are invited from qualified lawyers of up to 3 years' PQE with experience in the commercial
&/or corporate departments of local or reputable law UK firms. You will hold excellent technical skill & knowledge, good communication stills & a strong teamwork ethic.
We are only able to accept applications from candidates who hold entitled status or those who have been resident in Jersey for 5 years or more.
