Our client is seeking a talented lawyer to join their Corporate & Commercial team, on a permanent basis. As the oldest law firm in Jersey, they have well-established practices in the corporate and commercial areas of law, advising institutional and private clients as well as professional intermediaries. You will give clients clear and focused advice, lead the management of files and work with the wider team on larger-scale transactions. You will also play a material role in our client's business-development activities and work in compliance with the firm's procedures, including anti-money laundering rules and accurate time-recording. The successful client will be a qualified lawyer of up to 3 years' PQE with experience in the corporate and/or commercial departments of local or reputable law UK firms.
