Our client is seeking a talented lawyer to provide assistance to their Property Department on commercial property, corporate property related matters and property related banking and finance. You will give clients clear focused advice, lead the management of files and work with the wider teams on larger-scale transactions. You will also play a material role in business-development activities, draft and review commercial leases, work in compliance with the firm's procedures, including anti-money laundering rules and accurate time-recording, assist with matters in relation to commercial acquisitions and disposals. This role requires a qualified lawyer of up to 5 years' PQE with experience in the commercial property department of a reputable law firm or firms. General corporate and Banking and Finance experience would be useful but is not essential.
