Job Description

The responsibilities for this role are within the Central Services Team that provides administrative support to the client coverage teams in regards to core client services, including but not limited to executing static data changes to client structures and other client related tasks:
What will you do?

Review and prioritise incoming e-mails into a shared inbox, action and file appropriately
Action changes to the structure of accounts
Conduct telephone security call backs with clients
Collate and review documentation and Client Due Diligence (CDD) prior to submission to the Static Data Team
Complete Risk Assessment forms
Perform World Check and open source searches
Assist client coverage teams with adhoc remediation projects as and when required

You will need previous experience in working in a Bank or directly with clients
