This role sits within the Client Delivery Support team and plays an important part in supporting client-facing engagement teams with effective working capital management across all service lines. The role spans both financial management activities-such as WIP and invoicing-as well as supporting the credit control function. Key responsibilities include assisting Senior Managers and Managers with working capital tasks, updating engagement setups (including internal roles, code status, and payment terms), supporting the billing process (drafting, issuing credit notes, creating billing schedules, and final billing), and aiding with debt collection by following up on outstanding invoices and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves liaising with client accounts payable functions and working with the cash allocation team to resolve issues. Candidates should have a good understanding of client finance processes, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential due to the level of interaction across internal teams and external stakeholders. Previous experience with financial data and analysis is desirable but not required.
