Job Description

The Associate, Business Enablement is responsible for delivering key priorities related to employee engagement, communications and marketing. Effectively partners with Line of Businesses and Product Groups as well as HR, Communications and Marketing to drive a consistent deployment of enablement priorities that delights employees and supports an elevated client experience.
What will you do?
Service Delivery and Partnership

Employee Engagement: Supports employee experience priorities across all Lines of Business and Product groups that build culture, delight employees and encourage inclusiveness and engagement of employees.

Support the implementation of employee engagement priorities and strategy
Support the planning and undertake the execution of agreed foundational activities include technical training coordination, providing a consistent staff joiner/leaver/transfer experience, business level Townhall delivery
Lead on ad-hoc projects as identified by the Team Lead, Business Enablement

Communications: Supports the implementation of standardised and effective business-level communication strategy, preparing and sending employee communications. Ensures alignment and collaboration with Corporate Communications

Advocate, communicate and educate employees on WMI strategic priorities and associated information through communications

Marketing: Coordinates end-to-end delivery of client mass mailings. Ensures alignment with Marketing  brand standards. Supports drafting of award submissions and provides design support for strategic documentation
Regulatory: Supports product line CPD tracking, maintains authorised signatory lists and legal entity licensing requirements
