Make an impact as an Associate by building strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, while providing technically excellent legal advice across a broad range of banking and finance issues.
You will be responsible for managing Work in Progress (WIP) and debt in accordance with business standards, contributing to the preparation of fee estimates and quotations, ensuring clients are fully informed of fees and disbursements incurred, providing updates as required, and delivering excellent client service at all times. Additionally, you will be expected to support the coaching and development of junior team members alongside senior colleagues. We welcome applications from qualified lawyers, ideally at NQ-2 years PQE level, with an excellent academic background, including a 2:1 degree and a commendation/distinction at LPC (or equivalent). You will be proactive, confident using technology and business tools relevant to the role, and have the ability to negotiate effectively with clients when preparing fee estimates and quotations.
