Assistant Trust Officer

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Trust Officer, working for an independent Jersey trust company, providing a bespoke and personalised service for longstanding, local and international, private clients.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparation of relevant documentation for bank transfers, lodgement/release of instruments placed with banks for safekeeping, emails and fees.
  • Preparation of minutes of statutory and other meetings as advised by trust officers and senior trust officers.
  • Filing of documents in accordance with laid down procedures outlined in the Procedures Manuals.
