Assistant Trust Manager - Jersey

Job Description

As an Assistant Trust Manager, you will provide high quality trust services to ultra-high net worth clients, principally Family Office clients. You will be responsible for and/or provide guidance and support to one or more trust administrators to ensure administrators operate all trust and company structures in accordance with the legal obligations set out in Trust Deed, Memorandum and Articles of Association or other legally binding instrument and in accordance with the laws of any relevant jurisdiction. The successful candidate will have a Level 4, formal qualification or other related university or tertiary qualification and comprehensive understanding and good technical knowledge of TCB administration, legislative, compliance and regulatory requirements as well as an awareness of the tax implications of various structures.
