Our client is seeking to appoint an Assistant Trust Administrator to assist with the day to day running of a portfolio of clients which will contain a mixture of trusts and companies dealing with a wide variety of arrangements under the guidance and supervision of Team Leader.
This role includes both administration and accountancy, and you will therefore have an opportunity to study towards ACCA / ACA / equivalent qualification.
Day to day duties will include statutory work (ensuring that statutory records are kept up to date and are accurately maintained at all times), assist in carrying out an annual reviews of all entities, liaise with respective departments regarding accounting and taxation issues, liaise with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing with regard to matters of a non-complex nature, administration of companies in relationship, reconciliation of bank, investments and other ledger balances under supervision of the Team Leader, as well as assisting the Team Leader in accounts preparation and other ad hoc accounting projects as and when required.
