Assistant Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for helping manage the team overseeing dinner service within our fine dining, 4 AA Rosette Tassili Restaurant.
Ensuring our guests enjoy every meal will put a smile on your face and motivate you on a daily basis. You will work closely with the Restaurant manager to achieve these goals.
You are the ultimate hospitality professional able to make each and every guest feel special and have the ability to encourage and motivate a team to do the same.
