Assistant Restaurant Manager at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa

We are currently recruiting for a Assistant Restaurant Manager at our Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. As the Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager you will be responsible for managing our 4AA Rosette Restaurant, Tassili. Along with helping manage the team overseeing breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, ensuring our guests enjoy every meal will put a smile on your face and motivate you on a daily basis. Previous supervisory experience working in a fine dining restaurant ideally within a luxury Hotel environment is required for this role. With proven experience coaching and managing teams you will enjoy motivating others to be their best. £18.29 per hour, 40 hours per week.
