Job Description

Our client seeks the ideal candidate to manage customer service activities and process instructions and requests, analysing and interpreting enquiries to determine customer needs and provide solutions.  He/she will act as primary contact for offshore offices; input customer information onto systems accurately; prepare client correspondence, including complex credit applications; contribute to coordination of workflow to deliver client satisfaction; work as part of a unified team and support other team members; ensure adherence to policies; undertake training and development.
Requirements; are broad knowledge of financial products and services; hold financial qualification; meticulous attention to detail; analytical skills with good knowledge of  trade and settlement cycle; an advantage is an understanding of private banking and wealth management market place, clients, products and services; strong track record of working in regulated investment/banking advice; experience in issue management and resolution, and complaint handling; good level of leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive and motivate high performing teams; excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
