Our client is seeking an effective multi-tasker with great communication and organisational skills to join their PMO team, on a temporary basis until December 2023, to provide project administration support, and assist with the co-ordination of project activities. Duties will include providing administrative support, using a range of IT applications to produce and maintain project documentation and logs, whilst chasing up outstanding actions with team members, assisting with the preparation of project reports and taking and producing minutes of project team and board meetings. If you have project management experience, can learn quickly and apply new knowledge to work situations, whilst following office procedures and organisational processes, this could be the role for you!
