Assistant Mechanic at Jersey Oyster

The Jersey Oyster Company are seeking to employ an Assistant Mechanic to assist in our very busy workshop. Duties include and are not limited to, Servicing and repairing of tractors and agricultural/aquaculture machinery, maintaining systems and pumps, servicing and maintaining shellfish grading machinery. Being able to fabricate parts would be desirable, however, not absolutely necessary.
