Our client, an international and well established provider of financial services, are seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Statutory Services department.
The purpose of the position is to carry out the duties of the Statutory Services department and deputise for the Manager as and when required.
You must have a thorough understanding of the trust concept and Trust and Company Law in various jurisdictions, together with an understanding of the due diligence requirements in line with GFSC rules and anti-money laundering regulations. You will need to maintain and develop good IT skills and be able to demonstrate skill set across the spectrum of the business systems. It is essential that you hold or are working towards an industry relevant qualification coupled with 5+ years' experience and commit to maintain professional knowledge through attendance at relevant seminars, webinars, presentations and reading.
