As the assistant manager you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in driving sales performance and day to day running of the store. Delivering an exceptional customer experience and to optimise KPI performance while maintaining high operational standards. You will also be helping the junior team members to learn and excel.
Candidates must have excellent customer service, communication and time management skills, experience of working within a team, target driven and a can-do attitude. WSET 2 or 3 Qualification is desirable (A minimum requirement is an absolute passion for the product and the ambition to learn more) Willingness to work towards WSET 3 Qualification to progress to Store Manager. The position offers a very competitive salary and Performance bonus along with staff discount and holidays entitlement. Five years Entitled residency is requires for this position
