Job Description

This is a great role managing a client portfolio with team, advising and becoming expert in technical matters and sharing knowledge; ensuring statutory returns prepared and submitted; communicating with clients on regular basis; conducting meetings, producing minutes, resolutions; maintaining and updating client documents; pro-actively completing client take-on process and liaising with contact on hand-over of existing clients; promoting Real Estate services to existing clients, prospective clients and related advisors; preparing fee proposals to support new business wins; undertaking UK travel for new business opportunities; managing and developing client relationships; guiding and training team; being innovative with efficiency improvements; accurately recording client team spent; monitoring changes in interest rate movements and legislation; meeting targets; reviewing aged debt and other financial information; ensuring Compliance function up to date with changes to client information; ensure fee notes prepared for clients.
Candidate will have proven experience in a similar role; able to deal with tasks independently & use own initiative; strong academic background and hold ICSA/STEP/ ACCA; preference given to candidates with specific, comprehensive experience from a Real Estate environment; expert knowledge of local legislation / Corporate Governance; proficient in IT skills, ideally MS Outlook.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
