Job Description

Are you an experienced Assistant Manager with expert knowledge of local legislation and corporate governance and comprehensive experience from a Real Estate environment?  If so, this could be the permanent full-time opportunity you have been searching for!  Duties will include managing structures holding assets across many property sectors, including office, retail, industrial, shopping centers, hotels and leisure, residential, development and student accommodation. You will also conduct meetings, produce minutes, resolutions and ensure that all statutory returns are prepared and submitted as required. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and hold ICSA/STEP/ACCA, have experience in a similar role and be proficient in IT and Microsoft products.
