Job Description

Our client seeks the ideal candidate to manage and develop a team of administrators and ensure a first class administrative service to a portfolio of more complex and high net worth clients, maintaining and client relationships.  He/she will review data and make amendments to maintain data integrity; travel to meet clients;  understand  differing requirements/ processes for high risk clients; assist with the review of financial statements for own portfolio; liaise with auditors and regulators; act as C authorised signatory; assist with the development/enhancement of team specific procedures; conduct appraisals; schedule and attend client meetings; perform high level review of client accounts / financial statements; produce agendas and board packs; draft minutes and resolutions; prepare billing control forms; manage aged debt; prepare checklists for draw downs, distributions, investments, Power of Attorney, client termination/close down, and client set up; conduct client reviews; request CDD documentation.
Candidate will hold ICSA Diploma/STEP Diploma/other Table 4 qualification; 6 years’ industry administration experience; experience of developing and coaching others on a one to one basis; desirably experience in a supervisory role; working knowledge of MS Office; excellent knowledge of local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements; desirably good understanding of client financial statements; able to work with conflicting and demanding deadlines; ability to delegate, coach and motivate; team player; motivated; client service oriented; proactive; motivated.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
