Job Description

Great role responsible for a set of Private Wealth client relationships, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met; ensure all work invoiced on time and in line with client contracts; jointly responsible with finance function for outstanding client debt; responsible for the implementation of annual fee increases; support Service Delivery lead as a contact person for escalations and ensure client satisfaction; ensure team has appropriate level of technical expertise, qualifications and experience; promote capabilities to clients, identify sales opportunities to be forwarded to RMs and achieve contract extensions or additional business; take part in initiatives and projects; ensure that operational capacity matches demand; flag anticipated SLA issues to resolve issues; make decisions on fee, debt and service disputes; manage recruitment, illness management and performance appraisal; resource management, including new hires, utilisation and migration of activities; work with Internal audit/compliance to improve and maintain strong controls; ensure process compliance; ensure compliance supplier management.
Candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills; have risk awareness; team player; initiative; able to manage conflict; strong management; customer service oriented; keen eye for detail; ability to see and implement changes; sound knowledge of software packages such as MS Office; sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards; at least 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years at Senior Officer or Assistant Manager level; ideally to hold JFSC Table 5 qualification; relevant professional qualification, ideally degree level or equivalent.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
