Assistant Manager – Onboarding

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Assistant Manager – Onboarding, to join a leading, independent provider of administration, accounting, management and corporate governance services.


The successful candidate will be required to provide and promote a superior client experience for the Group, by providing a multi-jurisdictional service for the Institutional business to onboard new clients/investors. Ensuring the Group remain compliant with regulatory obligations whilst taking a pragmatic and commercial approach to risk-based challenges.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the Group meets compliance requirements in relation to client take on.
  • Provide excellent levels of client service in line with the Group’s standards, procedures and guidelines.
  • Act as a higher authority on technical client specific matters.
