Job Description

The successful candidate will provide and promote a superior client experience for the company, by providing a multi-jurisdictional service for the Institutional business to onboard new clients/investors. Ensuring the company remain compliant with regulatory obligations whilst taking a pragmatic and commercial approach to risk-based challenges.
To assist in the ongoing data management of the client/investor lifecycle, by ensuring all client and investor static data is captured, recorded and accurate in all core platforms used by the business.

Holds or is working towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA or ACA)


3-5 years’ relevant fund industry experience
Good understanding of GDPR and risks associated with personal/sensitive data
Experience in mentoring, developing and coaching others
Demonstrated skills in system implementation, migration, and ongoing development
Hands on experience with bespoke report writing and output automation


Good understanding and knowledge of Funds industry and accounting standards, reporting, legislation, regulation and working practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support initiatives
Good interpersonal and communication skills
