Assistant Manager - Mental Health at Positive Steps Limited

The role of Assistant Manager, Mental Health will provide support to individuals with mental health conditions, contribute to their overall well-being and mental health. This Assistant Manager will be working closely with larger, multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The role involves helping individuals with day-to-day tasks, activities as well as monitoring and observing individuals. this Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in helping individuals in their recovery, develop copying skills, access community resources and maintain stability.

Experience of Supervising or Managing a team is essential along with experience within a Mental Health providing role. Applicants must hold a QCF Level 3 or above.
