As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you’ll be on the shop floor, coaching staff, managing stock, and making sure customers leave satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and visual standards
• Handle cash management, opening/closing procedures, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
