Assistant Manager, Global Compliance Services

Job Duties:

  • Update and develop global risk and compliance (R&C) policies and procedures, ensuring they align with legal and regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with R&C, General Counsel, Business Controls, and In-House Counsel teams to analyse new legal and regulatory requirements
  • Work with Business Services teams such as Finance and HR to ensure cohesive compliance with legal and regulatory policies
  • Maintain the policies and procedures SharePoint page, using automation and digital tools to improve services
  • Participate in the Compliance Monitoring Programme, testing policy controls as part of an annual review schedule
  • Assist with stakeholder inquiries and periodic compliance reporting, including updates on policy changes or compliance monitoring
  • Provide guidance on compliance issues and support business reporting related to risk management initiatives

 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Client Administration, Compliance, Risk, or operational control roles within a regulated financial services business
  • Understanding of corporate and fiduciary services in Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, and BVI, with familiarity in the UK or EU being advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of AML regulations specific to Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, BVI, and the UK
  • Ability to work independently, manage substantial information, and effectively organise and analyse data
  • Strong written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and professionally
  • Proactive team player with strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills
